Request a correction
Spotted something wrong — a closed community still listed, a wrong address, a name that doesn't match the license? Tell us. Corrections are always free, for everyone.
How to reach us
Email corrections@seniorlivingindex.org with:
- the license number shown on the listing (e.g. ALC000005) or a link to the page,
- what's wrong, and
- if you're affiliated with the community, documentation we can check against the state record.
We verify every correction against the state licensing agency's published record. If the state's record is itself out of date, we'll point you to the agency's own correction process — the state is the system of record, and we don't override it.
What corrections are not
- Not a paid service — no one can pay to change, remove, or improve a listing.
- Not a reviews channel — we don't publish reviews or testimonials.
- Not a lead form — nothing you send us is shared with any facility or third party.
